Our masterclasses, programs, books, resources, group experiences, and AI-supported tools are for education and reflection. They are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, couples counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.
Participation does not establish a clinician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional treatment relationship. A speaker's experience, title, or credentials do not turn a general educational program into individualized professional care.
Your situation may require qualified help
Relationship examples and frameworks cannot account for every personal circumstance. Use appropriate qualified support for safety concerns, abuse, mental health, marriage, parenting obligations, financial matters, or legal issues.
A teaching about access, boundaries, distance, or ending a relationship is not an instruction to violate a court order, disregard a legal duty, abandon a dependent, or take an action that puts someone at risk. Decisions involving safety or legal obligations should be made with suitable professional guidance.

We do not guarantee that a relationship will improve, a marriage will be saved, another person will change, or a specific personal result will occur. Results depend on individual circumstances, application, and decisions that may be outside your control.
A case study, example, or testimonial is not a promise that everyone will have the same experience. This disclaimer does not withdraw an express promise made for a purchased product or excuse misleading advertising.
AI is a tool, not Dr. Daniels or a professional advisor
The Relational Intelligence AI Agent, if made available with your purchase, is an automated educational resource. Its responses are not a personal response from Dr. Dharius Daniels, private mentorship, a clinical assessment, or a professional opinion about your circumstances.
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable information. It can sound confident when it is wrong. Verify information and do not rely on an AI response alone for a significant decision.
Do not use the AI tool for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, legal decisions, or a definitive judgment that you should stay in or leave a relationship. It does not replace your judgment or appropriate qualified help.
Do not submit unnecessary personal identifiers or another person's sensitive information. The tool's privacy notice must explain the provider, processing, retention, and any use of conversations for model training before you use it. These disclaimers do not create a blanket permission to use private conversations for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Group discussions and recordings
Group participation is not a confidential therapy session. Other participants may see or hear what you share. Although respectful handling of personal information is expected, we cannot guarantee another participant's confidentiality.
Some events may be recorded or broadcast. The notice for that event explains the intended audience and use. A private group contribution will not be treated as permission for a public promotional appearance. Any necessary recording consent or promotional permission is separate.
