Relational Intelligence Prep Kit: 30-day refund window
The $47 Relational Intelligence Prep Kit is eligible for a full refund of the Prep Kit purchase price when you request it within 30 days of your purchase date. Email info@workwiththedaniels.com with the name and email used for the order and enough information for us to locate the purchase. Do not email full payment-card details.
You do not need to complete the Prep Kit or show that you achieved a particular result to make a timely request. After the 30-day window, we do not offer a discretionary refund, except where a remedy is required by law or an express promise made for your purchase.
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method when possible. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Refunded access ends, and the purchase license ends for the refunded materials.
Six-week Relational Intelligence program: no refunds
All sales of the $997 six-week program are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds or cancellations after purchase.
Changing your mind, missing a live session, not using the content, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with your individual progress, or not achieving an expected personal outcome does not create a contractual refund right.
The Prep Kit's 30-day refund window does not apply to the six-week program. If you buy both products, a Prep Kit refund does not cancel or refund the program purchase.
This no-refund policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived. It does not excuse non-delivery, a materially misleading offer, an unauthorized or duplicate charge, or another circumstance in which applicable law requires a remedy.
Payment plans, if expressly offered
A finite installment plan is a way of paying the agreed purchase price, not a subscription that can be canceled at any time. The payment amounts, total price, number of installments, and due dates must be disclosed and accepted at checkout. Any remaining obligations are subject to the accepted payment agreement and applicable law.
This page does not establish a payment plan, a subscription, an automatic renewal, or authority for any charge not disclosed and accepted at purchase.
Access problems and billing errors
If you cannot access a purchased product or believe a charge is incorrect, contact info@workwiththedaniels.com promptly. Include your order email and a brief description of the issue. We will review the purchase and the problem.
You do not have to waive a lawful dispute or chargeback right to ask for help. We do not impose a fee for submitting a refund request or making a lawful payment dispute.
If the Company cannot deliver
If we cancel a paid offer or cannot provide what was materially promised, we will provide the remedy required by the purchase agreement and applicable law. A no-refund clause is not permission to retain payment for an offer we fail to deliver.
Which policy applies
The policy disclosed when you purchase applies to that purchase. A later policy change does not remove an express refund promise made for your order. This policy is read together with the Terms and Conditions and the specific offer accepted at checkout.
