Who we are and when these terms apply

These Terms and Conditions govern the websites, registration pages, masterclasses, digital products, educational programs, communities, and related services offered by Relationship Operating System, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. In these terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Relationship Operating System, LLC. “You” means the person registering, purchasing, or using a service.

When we present these terms for acceptance during registration or checkout, your affirmative acceptance forms an agreement with us. Keep a copy of the terms and the product information displayed when you register or buy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Marketing consent is separate from acceptance of these terms.

Eligibility

Our current offers are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate registration and payment information. Do not register a minor or use another person's identity or payment method without authorization.

Any future expansion to other countries will be subject to the terms and notices presented for that offer. These terms do not waive consumer protections that apply to you by law.

Education, not professional treatment or personal representation

Our content teaches relationship skills and provides tools for reflection and application. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, couples counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. Participating does not create a clinician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional treatment relationship.

Teaching, examples, assessments, scripts, group discussions, and AI-supported resources cannot determine what another person will do or make an important relationship decision for you. We do not guarantee a repaired relationship, saved marriage, specific personal result, or another person's cooperation.

Use appropriate qualified help for matters involving safety, abuse, mental health, marriage, parenting obligations, finances, or legal rights. If you face immediate danger, contact emergency services rather than relying on our content, community, or AI tools.

Free registration and paid purchases are separate

Registering for a free masterclass does not enroll you in a paid program or authorize a purchase. An optional Prep Kit and any paid program require a separate affirmative purchase.

The Relational Intelligence Prep Kit is currently offered for $47. The separate six-week program is currently offered for $997. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before you authorize payment. The checkout and offer information identify the specific product, included resources, delivery arrangements, and access terms for your order.

A book, free registration, Prep Kit purchase, or program purchase does not create access to every other Company product. Group experiences do not include private one-on-one access unless that access is expressly included in a separate offer.

Payment authorization

By placing an order, you authorize the payment shown at checkout using the payment method you provide. You must have authority to use that method. We use payment providers to process transactions.

If a finite installment plan is expressly offered, its total price, payment amounts, number of payments, and due dates must be disclosed and accepted before purchase. An installment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription. Any cancellation or remaining payment obligations are governed by the accepted plan and applicable law. We will not treat a one-time purchase as authorization for an undisclosed subscription or additional product.

Contact info@workwiththedaniels.com promptly about duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, billing errors, or access problems. Nothing in these terms limits your lawful right to dispute a transaction with your payment provider. Making a dispute does not itself establish that a charge was valid or invalid.

Refunds and cancellations

The Prep Kit has a 30-day refund window. The $997 six-week program has a no-refund policy, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. The full Refund and Cancellation Policy explains these conditions and forms part of the purchase agreement.

For the six-week program, changing your mind, not attending, not using the materials, or not achieving a hoped-for result does not create a contractual refund right. This provision does not excuse non-delivery, misleading sales claims, unauthorized billing, or another situation in which the law requires a remedy.

A refund promise displayed for a specific offer before purchase applies to that purchase. We will not use later changes to these terms to withdraw an express promise made when you bought.

Delivery, access, and scheduling

Delivery dates, live-session arrangements, access duration, replay availability, and included resources are those expressly described for your purchase. These terms do not promise lifetime access, a particular host on every session, a response to every question, or access beyond the offer you accepted.

You are responsible for suitable internet access and a compatible device. Let us know promptly if a technical issue prevents access to purchased content.

A live session may need to be rescheduled because of illness, a technical problem, or circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate material changes. These terms do not give us the right to cancel paid delivery, substantially reduce a purchased offer, and retain payment without providing the remedy required by our promises and applicable law.

Personal-use license and intellectual property

Program materials, videos, recordings, books, worksheets, software, names, and other content belong to the Company or their respective authors and licensors. A purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the included content personally during the access period stated for that purchase. It does not transfer ownership.

Unless we give written permission or the law otherwise permits, do not resell, share account access, redistribute recordings or materials, publish paid content, present the teaching as your own, or use it to create a competing commercial product. Do not upload nonpublic course materials to an external AI system for training or redistribution without permission. These restrictions do not limit lawful fair use or other nonwaivable rights.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login information secure and notify us about suspected unauthorized account use. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with systems, scrape restricted content, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the services for unlawful activity.

In discussions and communities, do not harass, threaten, discriminate, disclose another person's private information without authority, or share material that violates intellectual-property rights. You may disagree with teaching and give honest feedback. Nothing in these terms prohibits an honest review or imposes a penalty for one.

We may restrict access to address a security risk, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these rules. A restriction does not automatically forfeit a refund or other remedy required by law. It does not authorize undisclosed penalties or new charges.

Participant contributions and privacy

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us only the nonexclusive rights reasonably needed to receive, host, display, and use that content to provide the service and respond to your request, subject to our Privacy Policy and any recording consent. This clause does not transfer copyright in your reviews or give us an unrestricted right to use private relationship disclosures as advertising.

Use judgment when sharing personal experiences. Other participants may hear or see what you contribute to a group. We ask participants to respect privacy, but cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential.

Do not submit another person's identifying, medical, financial, or other sensitive information unless you have lawful authority and sharing it is necessary. Consider using initials or a fictionalized example instead.

Live sessions and recordings

Some events may be recorded, replayed, or broadcast. We will provide notice of the recording or broadcast and obtain consent where required. A recording may include a participant's display name, image, voice, messages, or contribution if they choose to participate in a recorded part of the event.

The event notice must identify the intended audience and use, such as a public livestream, a registrant replay, or access for enrolled participants. Participation in a private group does not by itself authorize us to broadcast your contribution publicly or use it in promotional advertising. Separate permission is required for promotional use of your identifying contribution, image, voice, or personal story.

If you do not wish to appear in a recording, do not turn on your camera, unmute, or post in a recorded area. Contact us before the session about other participation options. These precautions do not replace any consent required by law.

AI-supported resources

An AI resource, if included in your purchase, is an educational tool rather than personal access to Dr. Dharius Daniels or a substitute for a qualified professional. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Verify information and use your judgment before acting.

AI tools must not be used for emergencies or to diagnose a person, provide treatment, or make a binding stay-or-leave decision about a relationship. Do not submit unnecessary identifying or sensitive information. Processing, retention, and any model-training use of AI interactions must be disclosed in the Privacy Policy and the notice for the specific tool before you use it. This agreement does not grant a blanket right to use private AI conversations in advertising or for unrelated training.

Email, text messages, and social platforms

Registration-related email and optional promotional communications are described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails. Necessary purchase, billing, and account notices are not marketing subscriptions.

SMS enrollment is optional and governed by the SMS Terms. Providing a phone number, registering, purchasing, commenting on a social post, or accepting these terms is not, by itself, consent to marketing texts. Only the message categories you separately authorize may be sent when consent is required.

Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Their services and outages are outside our direct control. Third-party terms do not remove our own duties concerning your purchase or personal information.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Except for express promises made for your purchase and rights that the law preserves, we do not warrant that educational content or third-party tools will produce a particular result or operate without interruption. We do not warrant that an AI response is accurate or that another person's decisions will change.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its instructors, officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services, including losses based on reliance on a general educational example or unverified AI response. This limitation applies only where lawful and does not erase an express purchase promise.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a remedy for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of nonwaivable consumer rights. If a limitation does not apply in your jurisdiction, it does not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

Georgia law governs this agreement to the extent permitted, without overriding consumer protections that mandatorily apply to you. Contact info@workwiththedaniels.com if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it.

You are not required by these terms to use private arbitration, waive a jury trial, waive participation in a lawful class action, or give up access to small-claims court or a regulator. An unresolved claim may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The effective date identifies the version. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. A change does not retroactively reduce your purchased access, create a new charge, or remove a refund promise made for your order without a lawful basis and any required agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a term once is not a waiver of later enforcement. These terms, the accepted product information, and the applicable purchase and privacy notices form the agreement for the service. Mandatory law controls if there is a conflict.
