What you may receive
With your separate, optional consent, Relationship Operating System, LLC may send automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Informational messages may include masterclass confirmations and reminders, purchase or enrollment updates, and program-access notices. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, messages may include invitations, offers, and promotions for our educational products and events.
We send consent-required messages only within the categories you authorize. Message frequency varies with the event, service, and categories selected. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Consent is optional
SMS consent is not a condition of registering for a free event, purchasing a product, or receiving the service you bought. Providing a mobile number or accepting the general Terms and Conditions is not, by itself, consent to marketing text messages. A social-media comment or direct message also does not, by itself, authorize marketing texts to your phone.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number and are at least 18 years old. Let us know if the number changes or is no longer yours.
Stop messages or get help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may also make a clear opt-out request by another reasonable means, including emailing info@workwiththedaniels.com. Include the mobile number and enough information to identify the request; do not send passwords or full payment details.
We honor reasonable revocation requests within the time required by law. A one-time, non-promotional message may confirm the opt-out. We will not resume consent-required messages without a valid basis, such as a new opt-in.
For help, reply HELP or email info@workwiththedaniels.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel a product purchase or a separately accepted installment obligation. Necessary service communications may be available by email.
Delivery and mobile providers
Message delivery depends on your mobile provider, connection, and device. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Charges are governed by your mobile plan; ask your carrier about applicable rates.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact details and messaging records. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that deliver messages and support the messaging service may process necessary information on our behalf.
