Who this policy covers

Relationship Operating System, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, operates educational websites, registration pages, masterclasses, digital products, programs, and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you interact with those services. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Relationship Operating System, LLC.

Our current paid offers and event registrations are intended for adults age 18 or older in the United States. The policy also explains information collected when someone visits our website. A future expansion outside the United States may require additional notices and choices.

Contact us at info@workwiththedaniels.com with privacy questions or requests.

This policy is a notice of our practices, not consent to every use of information. Where a separate consent is required, we request it separately.

Information you provide

Contact and registration information. We collect information you submit, such as your name and email address, event registrations, purchase details, and an optional mobile number. We also keep records of communication preferences and consent choices. Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Purchase and account information. If you buy a product or create an account, we process information needed to handle the order, provide access, and support the purchase. This may include billing details, transaction identifiers, payment status, and account information. Payment providers process payment information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Do not send full card information or passwords by email or in a group discussion.

Messages and support requests. We receive information you send in an email, contact form, survey, social-platform interaction, direct message, or support request. Information you share in a public social interaction may be visible to other people and is also handled by that platform.

Educational participation. If you take part in a group, submit a question, complete a resource, or use an interactive feature, we receive the information you choose to provide. Personal relationship narratives can contain sensitive details. Sharing them is not required merely to register for the masterclass. Avoid unnecessary identifiers or information about another person that you are not authorized to disclose.

AI interactions. If an AI feature is available and you use it, information may include your prompts, responses, interaction history, technical identifiers, and feedback. See the AI section below for the limits and additional disclosure required for the specific tool.

Information collected automatically and from providers

When you visit a website or interact with an email or digital service, cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies may collect your IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, campaign source, pages viewed, and interaction activity. These records may be linked to an account or contact where the technology and permitted use allow it. We do not describe all such records as anonymous.

We also receive service and transaction information from providers that operate registration, customer communications, payment processing, event access, analytics, and social interactions. Information received depends on the feature you use and the permissions you grant. We do not receive authority to market to your phone simply because a third party supplied a number.

How we use information

We use information to handle registrations and purchases, provide access to requested services, send requested event or enrollment information, respond to support requests, maintain accounts, and administer educational participation.

We also use relevant information to understand website performance, measure advertising and conversions, improve services, prevent fraud and misuse, keep consent and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Marketing uses are subject to applicable law and your choices. We may send educational invitations and promotions by email and, with the separate consent required for the message, by text. A request to stop marketing does not automatically cancel a purchase or eliminate necessary billing and access notices.

We do not authorize advertising providers to receive private relationship narratives, AI prompts, confidential session contributions, full payment-card details, or other sensitive content through advertising events. Advertising and replay settings must be configured to respect those limits.

Providers and other disclosures

We disclose information as needed to providers that help us operate the services, including hosting, registration, customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, customer support, security, analytics, event delivery, and AI features. A provider may act on our instructions or process certain information for its own purposes under its terms and privacy policy. The role depends on the service and configuration.

Our planned technology stack includes GoHighLevel, HYROS, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and related conversion tools, ManyChat, Zoom, and an AI provider. The descriptions below apply to the tools and features activated on the service you use; they do not mean every tool operates on every page.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful process, to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate suspected fraud, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant business or assets, subject to applicable law. We may share information with another party when you separately direct or authorize that disclosure.

Cookies, analytics, attribution, and advertising

GoHighLevel and communications tools. Registration and contact information may be handled in our customer-management and messaging systems to deliver access, support, and communications consistent with your choices.

HYROS. When activated, attribution tools may connect campaign and website activity with registration or purchase records to help measure which campaigns lead to those actions.

Meta tools. When activated, Meta Pixel and server-side conversion tools may disclose online identifiers, website activity, and permitted registration or purchase-event information to Meta to measure campaigns and support advertising. Meta may combine information with data associated with its own services. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity. When activated, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Clarity can use first-party or third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to record relevant website activity. Microsoft may process information under its own privacy terms, including for purposes associated with the enabled configuration. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. A website session replay is different from recording an educational group session.

ManyChat and social platforms. When activated, social comments and direct-message interactions may be handled through ManyChat and the relevant social platform to respond to your request or direct you to registration. These interactions do not create marketing-SMS consent.

Your choices. Your browser can block or delete certain cookies. Platform account settings may offer advertising choices. Where provided, website privacy controls allow you to make choices about nonessential tracking. Blocking cookies may affect functionality and does not necessarily stop all server-side processing or all advertising.

Where applicable law requires prior consent for a technology, that technology must operate consistently with the consent obtained. Where we are legally required to recognize an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we honor that signal as required for the relevant processing. See the privacy-rights section for requests about targeted advertising or disclosure.

Mobile messaging information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred as a marketing list.

We may disclose necessary information to providers that deliver communications or support the messaging service on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, customer support, hosting, or security providers. This operational exception does not permit those providers to use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing, or authorize unrelated advertising-list use.

You may opt out by replying STOP or by another reasonable means that clearly communicates your request, including email to info@workwiththedaniels.com. For assistance, reply HELP or contact that email. See the SMS Terms for additional information.

Events, group participation, recordings, and replays

Some events or participant sessions may be recorded, transcribed, replayed, or broadcast. The notice for the event will identify whether it is public or limited to registrants or enrolled participants, what will be captured, and the intended use. We obtain any consent required for that recording or disclosure.

Depending on the session and how you participate, a recording may include your display name, image, voice, screen share, chat, or question. Hosts and providers may process attendance and event records to deliver the event and related access. Do not assume that a group discussion is confidential merely because the event requires registration.

A private program contribution is not blanket permission to use your image, voice, identifying story, or private discussion in a public advertisement. We request separate permission for that promotional use. Avoid sharing details you do not want other participants to hear or see. Contact us before a session to discuss recording concerns and available participation options.

AI features and sensitive information

If you use an AI resource, the AI provider and supporting systems may process your submitted prompts and generated responses to deliver the feature. Authorized operational personnel may have access where needed to support the feature or address a reported problem, as described in its notice.

AI provider:
[AI PROVIDER]
Retention and deletion:
[AI RETENTION AND DELETION DETAILS]
Human access and review:
[AI HUMAN ACCESS DETAILS]
Model training or improvement:
[ACTUAL AI TRAINING AND IMPROVEMENT USE]

The notice accompanying the specific tool explains its processing, retention, review, and model-training practices before you choose to use it. An AI feature does not replace our duties under this policy or the duties imposed by law.

Do not submit account passwords, full payment information, government identification numbers, or unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Use fictionalized or non-identifying details where practical. AI tools are educational and are not emergency services or professional treatment.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the type of record, why it was collected, service delivery and support needs, applicable legal obligations, and provider settings. Registration and contact records, transaction records, consent and suppression records, event recordings, analytics records, and AI interactions may have different retention requirements.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, including maintaining a record of an opt-out so that we do not resume unwanted messages, or preserving records needed for legal obligations or disputes. Deletion may be subject to those needs and applicable exceptions. We do not promise that deleting an account instantly removes every record from a provider or backup.

Ask info@workwiththedaniels.com about a particular record or a deletion request. AI-specific retention and deletion terms must be stated in the tool disclosure above.

Security

No website, email, storage system, or online communication can be guaranteed secure. Protect your credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Contact info@workwiththedaniels.com promptly if you believe your account or information has been misused.

This policy does not promise a particular encryption standard or certification. Our duties concerning reasonable security and legally required incident notifications remain subject to applicable law.

Privacy rights and requests

Depending on your state of residence, applicable law, and whether the Company is subject to that law, you may have rights to request access to information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or information about its use and disclosure. You may also have a right to opt out of targeted advertising, a legally defined sale or sharing of information, or certain profiling, and to limit certain uses of sensitive information.

Some advertising-related disclosures can be a “sale” or “sharing” under state privacy law even when no money is paid for the data. We do not make a blanket claim that every advertising disclosure is outside those definitions. The actual technologies and data flows determine the applicable obligations.

To make a request, email info@workwiththedaniels.com and identify the right you wish to exercise. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. We respond within the period required by the law that applies and explain any lawful limitation or denial.

Where a privacy law provides an appeal, you may appeal a denied request through the same email with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will explain the applicable appeal and complaint options. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

A website control or recognized preference signal may offer an additional opt-out method where required. These rights are conditional on applicable law; this policy does not claim that every U.S. state law applies to every visitor.

Marketing choices

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact info@workwiththedaniels.com. To stop consent-required texts, reply STOP or make a clear request through another reasonable method. We process requests within applicable legal deadlines.

You may still receive communications necessary to handle a purchase, an account, a support request, or a legal obligation. We will not classify a promotional message as necessary merely because you previously registered or bought something.

Children, international processing, and external services

The services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly solicit registrations from children. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Our current commercial offers are U.S.-only. Website and provider operations may process information in the United States or other countries where providers operate. A U.S.-only offer does not mean every provider stores all data solely in the United States. If we expand our offers internationally, additional notices and choices may apply.

External websites and platforms follow their own privacy notices. Check those notices when you use their services. Their policies do not replace the Company's obligations for its own processing.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, law, or data practices. The effective date identifies the version. We provide additional notice and obtain consent when required for a material change. A revised notice does not automatically authorize a new use that requires separate permission.
